Honors Student Receives Prestigious Pearson Award
The Honors College congratulates Rachel Binder-Hathaway on receiving the prestigious $10,000 Pearson Prize for Higher Education. The prize awards students for their outstanding public service and student leadership. Binder-Hathaway, a dual financial economics and business administration major, is currently in Bangladesh helping impoverished people gain access to microloans and other aid services.
