Attachment Theory Workshop in Sierra Leone

For the past couple of months, attachment theory workshops have been conducted in Bo, Sierra Leone. The purpose of these workshops was to improve the relationship between guardian and child through more positive ways of interacting with each other. Module 1 of this workshop was completed in October and had 65 participants who all expressed enjoyment of the workshop itself and also improved relationships within their family structures. Module 2 is currently ongoing, and Module 3 is set to take place on December 7th! The students and faculty of the Honors College and beyond are working incredibly hard on these workshops and the project has been written about in the Helping Children Worldwide 2018 November Newsletter. We will be excited to share more about this project as more modules conclude!
