Honors Student Tims ’21 Helps Combat Food Waste

UMaine News has recently published an article on Maine Food Production Leadership Council and their efforts to find solutions for food waste at Maine businesses. Rising senior Honors student Katie Tims ’21, a biology major, is part of this project and her efforts are mentioned in the article.
