Honors Students Participate in Real Food Challenge
Honors students Ashley Thibeault (4th year), Audrey Cross (4th year), and Dmitri Onishcuk (2nd year) attended the Real Food Challenge retreat at Bard College in New York from February 13-16, 2015.
The goal of the Real Food Challenge is to encourage as many universities as possible to commit to serving more food that is “fairly-traded, humanely raised, ecologically sound, and/or community-based sources, which they call ‘real food’.”
